Bryant

Terms.

The terms under which The Bryant is read, subscribed to, and quoted.

By accessing The Bryant you agree to the terms set out below. The publication is editorial in nature. Read it the way you would read any other premium publication: for context, intelligence, and considered opinion, not as an instruction manual for capital allocation.

Editorial content

All articles, dispatches, reports, and newsletters published under The Bryant masthead are provided for informational and editorial purposes only. The desk fact-checks within the timelines reasonable for a publication of this scale, and we correct material errors visibly when they are brought to our attention.

No investment, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on The Bryant constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Coverage of watches, aviation, automotive, yachts, real estate, and the markets that surround them is editorial; it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any particular asset. Readers contemplating any transaction discussed in the publication should consult their own advisors.

No warranties

The publication is provided as is. We do not warrant that content will be error-free or available without interruption. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party material we link to or quote. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bryant disclaims all implied warranties.

Subscriptions and access

Free newsletter access is provided at our discretion and may be revoked for abuse, scraping, or any conduct that materially damages the publication or other readers. Paid subscriptions are recurring until canceled. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year. The applicable price, billing cadence, and renewal terms are disclosed on the pricing surface before checkout. Cancellation is available through the billing portal linked from the account page, or by writing to members@thebryantedition.com if you cannot access the portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund elapsed subscription time unless required by law.

No refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund any portion of the current monthly or annual term, and prior charges remain payable. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions alike. Statutory rights granted by your jurisdiction (including any cooling-off period that applies to digital goods or services in your country of residence) are preserved where they cannot be waived by contract.

Intellectual property

The Bryant editorial content, masthead, brand marks, and illustrations are the property of the publication and its contributors. Reasonable quotation for review and journalism is welcomed under standard fair-use principles. Republication, scraping for AI training, or commercial reuse of the full archive requires written permission from the desk.

Reader conduct

The mailbag is open to letters, tips, and corrections. Threatening, harassing, or commercially exploitative submissions will be ignored and may be referred onward. Comments and reader forums, where present, are moderated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the publication will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, surfaced in the newsletter. Continued use of the publication after a change is posted means you accept the revised terms.
